One could spend a lot of time mulling over the elements of a perfectly crafted final entry.  Ideally, it would contain strikingly profound metaphors that blossom into epiphanies.  There would be turns of phrase that hug the corners of consciousness and then spill out onto breathtaking vistas of truth. 

Fortunately for me, I’m not an idealist.
